Nicole Van Nes is a prominent expert in human-centered design and technology interaction, currently serving as the Chair of the Human Technology Relationship section and Professor of Human Centered Design for Smart Mobility at Delft University of Technology. With extensive experience in human factors research within vehicle automation, Nicole has led significant projects such as MEDIATOR and MeBeSafe while coordinating the UDRIVE project.
