Marte Bugel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation strategy and policy at TU Delft. Since January 2017, Marte has held various leadership roles, including Strategy and Impact TU Delft Amsterdam and Head of Innovation Affairs at the TU Delft Innovation & Impact Centre, where responsibilities have included overseeing policy officers and innovation specialists, contributing to university-wide innovation policies, and coordinating innovation programs. Prior to these roles, Marte acted as the Head of the Innovation Policy Team, serving as a strategic advisor for innovation-related policy matters and managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Between 2012 and 2016, Marte worked as an entrepreneur, providing freelance project management and strategy development services within the cultural and scientific sectors. Marte holds a degree from Utrecht University and completed secondary education at Sint Ignatiusgymnasium.
