James (Jim) Bailey is the President/CEO Client Focused Strategies LLC. He recently concluded a 41-year career at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. After serving as the SVP from 2015-2020 and as the Senior Advisor to the ARBCBS CEO through 2021, Jim retired and formed his own LLC to continue supporting innovators in the healthcare field. He is excited to contribute his decades of experience to the Delfina team.
