Lara Schoen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Lara started their career as an External Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP in 2008, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined SBM Offshore as an Accounting Manager and later became the Finance Manager for the company's US operations. In 2018, Lara moved on to CVR Energy, Inc. as the Director of External Reporting & Accounting Governance and later took on the role of Director of Nitrogen Accounting and Corporate Shared Services. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Delek US Holdings, Inc., a position they started in 2022. Throughout their career, Lara has gained expertise in accounting, finance, reporting, analysis, and project cost control.

Lara Schoen completed their education in accounting at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Lara obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting in 2006 and then pursued a Master of Accountancy degree, which they completed in 2007. Lara also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, obtained in 2010, and as a Prosci Change Management Certified from Prosci.
