Prior experience includes supervisory roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation overseeing pipeline integrity projects and engineering positions at Andeavor and Tesoro Corporation, focusing on pipeline integrity engineering. Joshua's expertise extends to hydraulic engineering demonstrated during tenure at Koch Pipeline Company, where responsibilities included hydraulic analysis and system optimization. Joshua's engineering foundation is supported by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, along with earlier experience as a Process Engineer at LasX Industries, specializing in digital laser converting and process development.
