Gabi Winters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Delegate CX since July 2024, Gabi previously held the role of Vice President of Customer Service at Merchology for eight years, where a comprehensive strategic plan was developed to enhance service reputation, drive revenue growth, and build customer loyalty. Gabi's career also includes roles as Director of Customer Service and Customer Service Manager at Merchology, along with various leadership positions in retail, including Store Manager at Destination Maternity Corp and Store Sales Leader at New York & Company. Gabi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Concordia College.
