Steve Martin is an accomplished marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in the gaming and retail industries. Currently serving as the Director of Loyalty at Delaware North since January 2001, Steve has a proven track record of spearheading innovative marketing campaigns, developing branding initiatives, and implementing successful customer loyalty programs, while also leading cross-functional teams. Prior roles include various senior marketing positions at Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and Regional Director of Marketing at Hamburg Gaming. Earlier in the career, Steve held the position of Director of Communications at Rochester Magazine, where responsibilities included managing all marketing efforts and public relations for a start-up magazine. Steve also served as Operations Manager at Caldor, optimizing operations for a large retail space. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from SUNY Geneseo, earned in 1992.
