Morris Johnson is a seasoned psychologist and owner of a private practice in psychology and family therapy since April 2002, specializing in marriage, family, and child/adolescent concerns, as well as serving as a school psychologist. With experience at the Delaware County Intermediate Unit since September 2000, Morris provides psycho-educational assessments for children in emotional support school settings and high school students in parochial schools. Previous roles include clinical supervision at St. Gabriel's System from 1998 to 2009, and senior family therapist/director at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center, where Morris also directed the Triage, Assessment & Disposition division. An accomplished wrestler, Morris served as assistant wrestling coach at the University of Pennsylvania and competed at San Francisco State University, where Morris was team captain and a two-time All-American. Educational qualifications include a certification in school psychology from Bryn Mawr College and a BA/MS in Sociology and Counseling from San Francisco State University.
