Tamara Dekker serves as a board member at Stichting Kleintjekunst, working to bring artists closer to young children through interactive art programs. Position held at DeLaMar Theater involves ticket sales, while at De Nieuwe KHL, Tamara contributes to the editorial and organizational efforts of the cultural talk show "Pittige Mosterd." As the coordinator for thuiszitters at SWV PO Amsterdam Diemen, Tamara focuses on policy development for inclusive education. Additionally, Tamara has maintained a role as a collage artist, creating handmade collages with reused materials. Previous experiences include organizing art routes at Open Oost, serving as a policy advisor in early childhood education at Swazoom, and leading projects in early education with the municipality of Amsterdam. Tamara holds bachelor's degrees in Orthopedagogiek from the University of Amsterdam and in social work from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by various trainings from 1990 to 2023.
