Niels Floore has extensive experience in the horticultural industry, currently serving as the Manager of Production and Logistics at Dekker Chrysanten BV since December 2019. Previously, Niels held the position of Manager of Production and Quality at Royal Van Zanten from July 2012 to November 2019, overseeing rooting in the Netherlands, handling complaints, and advising on the production location in Uganda. Prior to this, Niels was the General Manager of Operations at Deliflor Chrysanten from July 2004 to June 2012, managing production at a site in Uganda, which expanded from 7 hectares to 14 hectares and included various flower types. Niels began a career in horticulture at Florema Young Plants from October 1989 to June 2004, starting from an entry-level position and ultimately becoming responsible for overall cultivation both domestically and internationally for a variety of plant species.
