Tanja Bauer is an experienced professional in the field of asset management and sustainable finance, currently serving as Leiterin ESG Research & Strategy at Deka Investment since July 2022, focusing on ESG research, strategy, and projects, including participation in the Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative. Previously, Tanja held the Certified Expert for Sustainable Finance role at Deka Investment for a brief period in September 2021. Tanja's earlier tenure at DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale spanned nearly a decade, occupying various leadership positions, including the management of regulatory reporting functions and project portfolios, and overseeing cross-functional projects. Tanja's career began at State Street, where responsibilities included managing cash operations and collateral services. Tanja holds a degree in Bankfachwirt from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
