Linda Rebeca Rios G. is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Sr Test Engineer at DEKA Research & Development since June 2022. Previous roles include Test Engineer and medical positions, such as Medical Assistant/Scribe at NUBIA FONSECA ORTIZ and Emergency Medicine Medical Scribe at Memorial Regional Hospital. Linda contributed to an engineering capstone project at the University of Miami, developing a MATLAB application, ValveVision, for 3-D modeling of the aortic valve and aorta. Additional experience encompasses facility management at the Patti & Allan Herbert Wellness Center, counseling at Camp La Llanada, and research assistance in developing carbon dots for Alzheimer's treatment at the University of Miami Department of Chemistry. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Miami and is currently pursuing an Interdisciplinary Master of Science in Engineering at Purdue University.
