Andrew Doucette, MBA, is an experienced engineering project manager currently overseeing product launches for Class II medical devices at DEKA Research & Development since March 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a manufacturing engineer at The Okonite Company, where leadership of cross-functional teams focused on resolving production faults and optimizing operational processes. Andrew's experience also includes working as a product validation engineer at Vibram Group, conducting competitive analysis, and as a mechanical engineering intern at EFI, designing parts for industrial printers. Earlier internships at Franke involved data analysis and quality issue resolution. Andrew holds an MBA with a concentration in Operations Analytics and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
