Paolo Salvadeo has extensive experience in various senior management roles in the laser industry, currently serving as General Manager at DEKA Laser and also as Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic at El.En. S.p.A. With a background in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Paolo has been instrumental in the growth and success of companies like Quanta System SpA, where Paolo holds the position of Managing Director and CEO. Additionally, Paolo has served as a Director of the board at El.En. Spa and was previously a Business Development Manager at HPI.
