Kai Malgay is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Valuation for Global and Institutional Funds at Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. In this role, Kai leads a valuation team and has previously held positions as Deputy Head of Real Estate Valuation and an expert valuator, focusing on commercial properties worldwide.
