Florent HERVE is an experienced asset manager with a robust background in real estate investments, currently holding a position at Deka Immobilien since July 2018. Previously, Florent served as a European Asset Manager at BMO Real Estate Partners, managing a substantial portfolio, and as an Invest Manager at ATREAM, focusing on real estate acquisitions in France. Prior experience includes roles at LaSalle Investment Management and GE Capital Real Estate, overseeing significant commercial properties and delivering proactive asset management strategies.
