Carsten Bach currently serves as Vice President of Production at DEIF since September 2024. Prior to this role, Carsten was the Senior Supply Chain Manager at Kvik A/S, where leadership was provided to the Supply Chain Planning Department, overseeing approximately 10 employees and contributing to a turnover of 200-250 million euros annually. Carsten also held the position of Senior Site Logistics & Planning Manager at Arla Foods amba, managing a team of around 42 employees at a site with a turnover of approximately 200 million euros per year. Previous experience includes roles at The Headwear Company, Grundfos Management A/S, Jørck & Larsen A/S, Bang & Olufsen, and Vestas, focusing on supply chain and logistics management. Carsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering from Aarhus University and has completed several management courses, including warehouse design and positive psychology in organizations and leadership.
