Ralf Woltering currently serves as Head of Business Intelligence at Deichmann since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ralf Woltering worked at Aldi Einkauf GmbH & Co oHG from July 2008 to October 2020, progressing from IT-Manager to overseeing significant projects and teams. From 2018 to 2020, Ralf Woltering coordinated a 24/7 Data Warehouse operation, established a new team for a Hadoop-based Advanced Analytics solution, and developed SAP BW on HANA, managing 19 employees. Between 2015 and 2017, Ralf Woltering led the implementation of an Enterprise Data Warehouse using Oracle Exadata, Informatica, and MicroStrategy, collaborating with around 30 full-time staff. From 2008 to 2014, Ralf Woltering was responsible for the operation and further development of a company-wide inventory control program, leading a team of 15 employees.
