Diksha Sahu is a skilled professional with extensive experience in growth management and business development. Currently serving as a Manager (Growth) at DeHaat since August 2021, Diksha has also held roles as Assistant Manager and Business Development Coordinator, focusing on planning, coordination, and analysis. Prior experience includes working as an Accounts Manager in the Transaction Banking Group at ICICI Bank, where strategic interactions with corporate clients were a key focus, alongside analyzing trends and driving sales for enterprise products. Diksha's career began with a summer internship at Tanager International, conducting a baseline study for oil procurement. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Agribusiness and Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. Currently pursuing further education at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, expected to complete by March 2025.
