Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, and nutrition. As the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body and environmental care products. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. In the field of nutrition, Mariana worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
