Julian Fernandez is a Technical Alignment Manager at Dega Systems since October 2020, overseeing the planning and remediation of clients' critical systems to adhere to security and management standards, while reorganizing and enhancing the company's audit standards. Previously, Julian worked as a Remote Operations Center Engineer, where troubleshooting and ticket resolution for 32 organizations was a daily responsibility, and as an Information Technology Help Desk professional, providing technical support and customer service for various client issues. Additionally, Julian gained leadership experience as a counselor at Reckys Summer Camp, supervising over 300 children and facilitating activities. Julian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University and a High School Diploma from Tenafly High School.
