Elizabeth S. is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy, policy, and engagement within government departments. Currently serving as Team Leader for Strategy and Engagement at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since July 2023, Elizabeth previously held roles including WTO & Multilateral Policy Advisor at the Department for Business and Trade, where leadership in Commonwealth Trade and Bilateral Engagement was emphasized. Elizabeth also contributed as EU Strategy and Negotiations Policy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, focusing on supplementary negotiations and EU readiness. Prior experience includes working as an Inclusive Designer at the Department of Health and Social Care and as a Caseworker at the UK Home Office. Elizabeth earned a Master of Arts in History from The University of Edinburgh and has studied at the University of Melbourne, alongside completing secondary education at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls.
