Mark Schroeder is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Definitive Healthcare since April 2019, Mark has held significant positions including Corporate Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller at Exa Corporation from February 2013 to March 2019, as well as Assistant Controller at The Princeton Review from September 2008 to November 2012. Previous roles include Associate Director of Consolidations & Internal Reporting at Genzyme and Director of Finance at American Tower. Mark began a career at KPMG as a Supervising Senior Auditor from 1991 to 1997. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, completed in 1991.
