Gillian Murray is a Validation Engineer at Defibtech, LLC, since September 2022. Prior experience includes volunteering with the Medical Reserve Corps of Connecticut from October 2020 to September 2023, and serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at UConn Health from May 2021 to May 2022, where research focused on the health impacts of occupational versus leisure-time physical activity using wearable technology. Additional involvement includes a student volunteer role with the University of Connecticut Health Leaders, participation as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer for the Connecticut Department of Public Health, and working as a Research Assistant at Connecticut Children's, where contributions included administering cognitive assessments and presenting research findings at conferences. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
