AJ Pace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Defibtech, LLC, where tenure began in May 2003 as Senior Vice President of Operations, with previous roles including Vice President of Global Marketing, Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of Manufacturing, Director of Manufacturing, Production Manager, and Shipping & Receiving Specialist. Prior to Defibtech, AJ served as a Marketing Intern at Cheney & Company from September 2002 to May 2003, focusing on media relationships and innovative marketing strategies. AJ holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from Central Connecticut State University, completed in 2007.
