Justin Asuncion is an experienced professional currently serving as a technical evaluator on the Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning team at the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) since June 2024. Justin has a distinguished background in military and finance, having served as a Naval Officer for the US Navy since March 2018 and previously as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group. Justin co-founded and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Founder House, focusing on co-living spaces for tech professionals, and has also worked as a BMW Client Advisor. Justin's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School, and several graduate certificates in specialized areas related to intelligence and space systems.
