Michael Logar currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Logistics Management Office at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Logar was the Director of the Continuity Support Division at FEMA, overseeing security and facilities management for continuity missions and coordinating with federal partners to address complex threats. Logar participated in the Department of Homeland Security Presidential Transition Office and co-led the Healthcare Resilience Task Force during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a diverse background in the United States Air Force, including positions such as Director of the Headquarters Air Force Continuity Division, Logar holds multiple master's degrees in Strategic Studies, Military Operational Art and Science, Transportation Management, and Business Administration, alongside a bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering.
