Mark Stopa is an experienced attorney currently serving in the Integrated Cost Analysis Team (ICAT) at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) since August 2013, where responsibilities include providing technical review and contract and pricing support for defense acquisition program proposals. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Chairman of the Board at the New Haven Solid Waste & Recycling Authority from August 2012 to January 2016 and served as an Alderman for the City of New Haven from January 2012 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes practicing law at Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. from 2005 to August 2013, focusing on architectural and engineering malpractice defense, insurance defense litigation, and commercial litigation, with admission to practice in Connecticut and New York. Mark holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Quinnipiac University School of Law, a Master of Science (MS) in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven.
