James Green has extensive experience in engineering and management within defense and educational sectors. Currently serving as Branch Chief and Technical Lead for the Industrial Analysis Division at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) since May 2010, James oversees the monitoring and reporting of the Defense Industrial Base, focusing on risk management and merger activities. Previously, James held various engineering roles at Boeing Philadelphia, contributing to the evaluation of major weapon systems proposals and managing a team of engineers. James’s early career included part-time roles in technology coordination and strategic planning for the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, as well as academic positions at Drexel University focused on research and teaching in mechanical engineering. James holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Physics, and Mathematics from William & Mary.
