Calvin Roach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in test management within the defense sector. Currently serving as Test Director at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) since February 2017, Calvin previously held the position of C4I Test Manager at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) from August 2005 to January 2017. Academically, Calvin Roach earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2005, following a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the same institution, completed in 2000.
