Carlos Pitre has extensive experience in physical security and management from various companies. Carlos began their career in 1989 as a Security Specialist in the US Air Force, where they were responsible for asset and personnel protection. Carlos later worked as a Commissioned Security Officer, Sergeant for Allied Barton Security Services, providing physical security for aerospace products engineered by Boeing. Carlos also worked as a Service Consultant for CarMax, where they coordinated with new car sales for on-site repairs and received payments for services rendered. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Loss Prevention Specialist for Kohl's Department Stores. Carlos then joined GRS, Inc. as an Access Control Support, where they monitored alarm systems and managed personnel access to restricted areas and facilities. In 2018, they worked as a Requirements Support Analyst for DCS, and in 2019, they became the LEOSA Customer Service Supervisor. Carlos'scurrent role is Operations and LEOSA Team Lead for DCS, where they provide on-site program management for projects and collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for operational infrastructure designed to accommodate rapid growth objectives.

Carlos Pitre has a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration (2012-2014) and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (2014-2016) from Wayland Baptist University. Carlos holds various certifications, including Becoming a Triple-Threat Project Manager, Foundations of IT Security: Core Concepts, and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn, and Hazardous Materials Awareness from the Department of Defense Firefighter Certification System. Carlos also has certificates in Facility Security Officer Role in NISP and Counterintelligence Concerns for National Security Adjudication from the Center for Development of Security Excellence and Force Protection Intelligence Gathering from the United States Air Force. Additionally, they obtained the Antiterrorism Management Level II certificate from the Unite States Air Force and the Commissioned Security Officer Level 3 certificate from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
