Huiling E. has extensive experience in leadership roles within the defense sector, currently serving as Director of Capability Development and Director of Technology Development at the Systems Engineering & C3 Centre and the Simulation and Training Systems Hub, respectively, under the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA). Prior experience includes the position of Senior Programme Manager in the Programme Office at the National Engineering Programme Centre. Huiling E. also worked as a Research Associate at NanoMaterials Technology Pte Ltd. Academically, Huiling E. holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in February 2017, and has furthered professional development through an online program in Digital Transformation at UC Berkeley Executive Education in early 2021.
