Janani V. has extensive experience in research and analysis, currently serving as a Research Technologist at Defence Research and Development Canada since December 2016, specializing in the Intelligence, Influence and Collaboration Section and previously in the Operational Health and Performance Section. Prior roles include Research Assistant in the Socio-Cognitive Systems Section at the same organization as well as Junior Analyst at Employment and Social Development Canada, focusing on data analysis and community development. Janani V. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Psychology and Business from the University of Waterloo, complemented by a minor in Human Resources Management, during a co-operative program from 2011 to 2016. Additional experience includes a position as Assistant Registrar in the Office of the Registrar at the University of Waterloo.
