Dayna Harrison has extensive experience in commercial management and customer support across various industries, including defense and bespoke furniture. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Department at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom since April 2022, Dayna previously held the position of Support Services Team Leader at Serco. Prior to this, Dayna was a co-owner and Commercial Director at Archer & Smith Ltd, a company renowned for high-quality bespoke furniture and cabinetry. Dayna also contributed significantly to Exception EMS and Kembrey Wiring Systems Ltd, where roles included overseeing customer support teams, contract negotiations, and managing commercial departments.
