Daphné O. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal and business affairs field. Daphné started their career at NBCUniversal, Inc., where they served as a Juriste, responsible for negotiating and managing contracts. Daphné then moved on to Canal+, where they continued their work as a Juriste, focusing on contracts related to audiovisual works and also managing relationships with regulatory bodies. Following their time at Canal+, Daphné joined Fox Channels France as a Responsable Juridique Senior, directly reporting to the General Manager and overseeing legal aspects related to the distribution and commercialization of French channels. Daphné'sresponsibilities included contract management, distribution strategy, and acquisitions/production negotiations. After their tenure at Fox Channels France, they worked at Gaumont as a Juriste Senior for a year, before joining Deezer in 2016. At Deezer, Daphné held various positions, including Senior Manager Legal & Business Affairs and Head of Legal & Business Affairs, before being appointed as VP Legal & Business Affairs in November 2019.

Daphné O. completed their Maîtrise degree in Private Law with a focus on Intellectual Property (Option PI) at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 1995 to 1999. Daphné then pursued further education at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they earned a DESS degree in Law and Audiovisual Communication from 2000 to 2001.
