Deerpath Capital ("Deerpath"​) is a provider of flexible, cash flow-based private debt financing to lower-middle market companies across diverse industries.  Deerpath typically seeks to invest between $20 million to $100 million in companies with the following characteristics:

- Revenue of $10 million to $200 million
- EBITDA of $5 million to $20 million
- Established operating history
- Financial sponsor-backed and/or owner-operated
- Strong recurring revenue and/or high visibility into future cash flow generation
