Marissa Carnevale is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in leading recruitment processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Deerfield Management since June 2018, Marissa has previously held roles at Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment, developing talent management strategies, and influencing hiring decisions. Prior to those positions, Marissa led the Life Science Division at The Judge Group, overseeing a national team and managing substantial financial responsibilities. Marissa's career began in recruitment roles at Kelly Scientific Resources and Taratec Development Corporation, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Binghamton University.
