Jessica Sagers, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Engagement at RA Capital Management, L.P., where responsibilities include analyzing and shaping narratives for internal and external communications, developing pitch decks for new ventures, and conducting business courses. Sagers is also a member of the Investor Advisory Committee at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization and serves on the Steering Committee of No Patient Left Behind, a non-profit aimed at making medications affordable. Sagers holds a PhD in auditory neuroscience from Harvard Medical School and has extensive teaching experience, including roles as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard and Brigham Young University, as well as leadership positions in women's STEM organizations.
