Barbara Ann Baltar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and marketing. Currently serving as Aquatics Director at Keesler Air Force Base since August 2022, Barbara also holds the position of Housing Manager at Deer Valley Resort, overseeing over 200 team members and shuttle services. In addition to these roles, Barbara has been an Artist with One Design since November 2014 and previously worked as Advertising Traffic Coordinator at IP Casino Resort Spa, managing advertising workflows. Additional roles include Director of Marketing at Space Walk, Manager at Tuesday Morning, and various positions at Harrah's Casino, Ceaser's Entertainment, and Grand Casino Tunica. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Intaglio Printing, Oil Painting, and Small Business Management from William Carey University.
