Shanna Carrick has extensive experience in operations and business management. Shanna is currently working at Deeplocal as an Operations Director, where they develop operational workflows, implements systems, and leads company-wide adoption of operational processes. Previously, they worked at Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures as the Director of Strategic Operations, overseeing various areas such as ticketing, production, development, marketing, and finance. Shanna also has experience as a Ticketing Operations Manager at Pittsburgh Arts & Lectures. Shanna Carrick obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts Management from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management at Point Park University, completing their studies in 2010. In addition to their formal education, Shanna also holds several certifications. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Social Network Analysis from Coursera. Later, in 2021, they completed a course titled "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from the same institution. Most recently, in 2023, Shanna obtained a certification in Leadership Principles for Emerging Leaders from LinkedIn.
