Justin Lacey

Freelance Industrial Designer at Deeplocal

Justin Lacey is a seasoned industrial designer with extensive experience in interactive and experiential design. Currently serving as a Freelance Industrial Designer at Deeplocal since July 2014, Justin leads the design of physical and digital installations. Previously, as the Industrial Design Lead at Deeplocal, Justin was responsible for overseeing a team focused on the conceptualization and execution of various interactive installations. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a designer at Day Shift Furniture from September 2010 to May 2014, leading furniture design projects in collaboration with architects and contractors. Additionally, Justin has experience as a 3D Lab and Digital Fabrication Supervisor at Carnegie Mellon University, where support was provided to students in fabrication and design processes. Justin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
