Edu Conceição has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Starting as a Technician Data Processing Intern at Petrobras in 2002, they then moved on to become a Graphic Designer intern at Nucleo i Design e Comunicação in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Designer Jr. and Designer Intern at MODO Insights & Branding Lab. From 2011 to 2013, they were a UI Designer (E-commerce) at InBrands. Edu then worked as a Product Designer | Design Strategist at Lojas Americanas S.A. from 2013 to 2018. Most recently, they have been a Product Designer at DeepHow since 2020.

Edu Conceição obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Design from the Escola Superior de Desenho Industrial in 2008. In 2012 and 2013, Edu Conceição completed a Certificate in Business Administration from Ibmec. In 2018, Edu Conceição received a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation, and in 2020, Edu Conceição obtained a Product Masterclass Certificate from Product School.
