Tobias Rijken is an accomplished machine learning expert with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Machine Learning at DeepHealth since October 2024, Tobias previously co-founded and held the position of CTO at Kheiron Medical, a company specializing in advanced machine learning tools for radiology, which was acquired by DeepHealth in the same month. Tobias's prior roles include Machine Learning Researcher at BenevolentAI, Founding Director of The Young Consultant, and Head of Data Science at 42 Education. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Computational Statistics and Machine Learning from UCL, along with studies in deep learning and computer science from notable institutions such as the Université de Montréal and McGill University.
