Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is a prominent figure in the field of business psychology, currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup and Co-Founder of Deeper Signals since January 2018. Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic holds various academic positions, including Visiting Professor at Harvard University, Professor at Columbia University and New York University, and Professor of Business Psychology at University College London. Additionally, Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic acts as a Strategic Advisor to the United Nations. With a robust background in talent management and human capital psychology, Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic has also contributed as a speaker for The World Bank and held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hogan Assessment Systems from 2014 to 2018.
