David Morris serves as General Counsel at Snyk, overseeing legal, regulatory, and government affairs for the company while advising senior leadership and the Board on compliance and strategic matters. Morris is a founding member of The L Suite, a peer community for Chief Legal Officers, and previously held the position of General Counsel at Vivid Seats, where responsibilities included legal compliance and advising the Board. Prior roles encompass significant legal leadership at TripAdvisor, the Travel Technology Association, Invensys, Takeda Oncology, and firms including Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP and WilmerHale, covering diverse areas such as corporate law, M&A, and litigation. Educational qualifications include a JD from Boston University School of Law, an MBA from Suffolk University, an MS from Boston University, and a BA from Brandeis University.
