Robin Sechler has been in the customer service industry for over 25 years. Robin began their career in 1995 as a Front End, Training, and Special Projects Manager for Woods Supermarket, where they designed and implemented multiple orientation/training programs for 450-employee chain and supervised store trainers and front end managers. Robin also conducted numerous customer and employee promotions and events. In 2005, Sechler joined Duck Creek Technologies as the Vice President Customer Support and Resource Management. In 2011, they moved to Accenture Duck Creek as the Global Customer Care Lead. Most recently, Sechler has been the Chief Customer Officer at Deep Water Software since 2015.
