Brian Pick currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at Deep Roots Harvest and Co-Founder, CLO, and CFO at TEREAUX, both positions held since September 2023. With extensive legal experience, Brian holds the role of Of Counsel and Partner at McDonald Carano since March 2017, and previously served as Partner and Attorney at Downey Brand LLP from May 2011 to March 2017. Brian began a career in law as an Associate Attorney at Lionel Sawyer & Collins from January 2006 to April 2011. Brian earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law (2002-2005) and a B.A. with distinction in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno (1999-2002).
