Conrado Alarcon is currently the Product Lead at DEEP ESG, where expertise in technological solutions for measuring social and environmental impacts of organizations is utilized. Previous experience includes roles such as Project Manager, successfully achieving a 113% increase in sales at DEEP ESG, and as a Júnior Project Manager at SOWITEC GROUP, overseeing renewable energy projects and strategic market analysis in Latin America. Conrado initiated a career in environmental sustainability at Alcoa, contributing to projects in the Amazon region, and has developed comprehensive project management skills through various roles in AIESEC no Brasil. Conrado holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and an MBA with a focus on Project Management and ESG from FGV. Additionally, Conrado has pursued English proficiency studies in New Zealand.
