Serghei Glinca has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Serghei founded CrystalsFirst GmbH in 2018 and served as the CEO, focusing on providing rapid insights into protein-ligand interactions for drug discovery. In 2020, they co-founded DEEP Ecosystems. In 2022, they hosted a podcast called "founders in biotech," where they shared the journeys and achievements of scientific founders to inspire future leaders.
