Surbhi Jain is an experienced payments professional with a solid background in fintech operations and payment processing. Currently, as Payments Lead at Deel since August 2022, Surbhi Jain oversees all payins and payouts for EORs, contractors, and GP clients, managing relationships with global banks and payment partners. Previously, Surbhi Jain served as Payments Lead at Vauld, where efforts focused on designing reconciliation and settlement processes, and at Razorpay, where significant reductions in failed refunds were achieved. Earlier roles include Reconciliation Analyst and Derivatives Analyst at Morgan Stanley, with responsibilities in reconciliation with major exchanges and trade booking. Surbhi Jain holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Panjab University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from MCM DAV College for Women.
